AI Integration

Connect Snug to your favorite AI assistant and let it run your planner for you. Ask it to plan your week, triage your project board, turn a recipe into a shopping list, or file a messy email as tasks. It reads and updates your real Snug data.

Snug exposes an official MCP server, so any assistant that speaks MCP can drive your board.

Pick your assistant

  • Claude - Claude Desktop and Claude Code. The fastest path, set up in under 5 minutes.
  • ChatGPT - ChatGPT custom connectors (Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise).

How it works

  1. Generate an API key in Snug (Settings → AI Integration).
  2. Paste it into your assistant's MCP configuration.
  3. Start chatting. Your assistant now sees your projects, tasks, calendar, recipes, and more.

Your key is a password

An API key gives full read and write access to your family's data. Treat it like a password. Never share it or paste it into a public place. You can delete a key any time from Settings → AI Integration, which instantly revokes it.
