Snug is your personal planner. Calendar, tasks, recipes, shopping lists, notes, and files, all in one place. Use it on your own or share it with your household.

What platforms is Snug available on?

Snug works in any web browser and has a native Android app. iOS is coming soon.

Is there a free trial?

Yes - every new family gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.

Account & Billing

How much does Snug cost?

Two tiers, same planner features, different storage limits:

Snug Plus – $4.99/month or $44.99/year per family. 25 GB per file, 250 GB total storage.
Snug Max – $12.99/month or $119.99/year per family. 100 GB per file, 2 TB total storage.

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your data stays safe. You'll have read-only access until you subscribe to Snug Plus or Snug Max.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Does Snug sync with Google Calendar?

Yes - connect your Google Calendar and events sync both ways.

Yes - every task can be assigned to one or more family members.

Do recurring tasks and appointments work?

Yes - set up daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence with full Google Calendar-style editing (edit one, edit all, delete this/future/all).

What languages is Snug available in?

Snug is fully translated into English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, and Portuguese (Brazil). The language is auto-detected from your browser, and you can change it anytime from the sign-in page or app settings.

Privacy & Security

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We never sell your data.

Can other families see my data?

No. Each family's data is completely isolated. Even if a member belongs to multiple families, data never crosses between them.
